Spring Bucket List for the High Achiever

It's here! It's finally here! I hope you're just as thrilled as I am that spring has arrived. With that being said, what are some activities you're eager to do now that the sun is shining? It can sometimes feel overwhelming to tackle everything on your to-do list while also enjoying the nice weather. But don’t worry! We're here to provide you with the ultimate spring bucket list.

A New Outside Hobby

We're all guilty of neglecting "me time," especially during spring, which tends to be a busy transitional period. When do we truly find the time to step away and enjoy the weather, away from work, kids, and other responsibilities?

Exploring new outdoor hobbies like gardening, camping, and fishing could provide a much-needed escape. Engaging in activities that allow us to quiet our minds and connect with nature can be incredibly beneficial.

Move Your (Busy) Body!

This is an ideal time to prioritize your mental and physical well-being. As the ground begins to thaw, it's the perfect opportunity to get moving and embrace the new energy of spring. Whether you prefer a stroll through the park, a challenging hike, or a bike ride along trails, it doesn’t matter. Just step away from the busy life you live and enjoy yourself in the sun. Even if it’s only for a few minutes of the day!

Step Away

As much as we enjoy the familiarity of home and settling into our daily routines, it's essential to avoid burnout during this time of year. I suggest taking a break and recharging in a different setting. It doesn't have to be extravagant or far away, but spending time in a new location with beautiful scenery can be a perfect way to welcome the warmer weather. Recently, I visited St. Charles and had a wonderful time. You can read more about my experience here.

Final Thoughts

Ultimately, spring comes and goes each year, and what we do during this period is up to us! So, as a high

achiever, how are you going to recharge and make the most of this season?
